2. solid brass bar handmade in Ghana’s Ashanti using the “lost wax” technique (approx 48 x 10 x 7mm)
3. recycled glass beads about 10mm wide and a brass one of similar size
4. German Griffin brand beading elastic, excellent quality
stretchy and comfy, just slip it on and off, mindful of the brass bar (best to hold bar in one hand and slip it on to other hand)
